Returns & Refunds

I hope you love your Handmade by Jenna purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be retuned unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, used candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, refills and car diffusers cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
